Before founding BPS, Brett spent 25 years as a partner at Natal Conveyors, building deep expertise across conveyor system design, manufacture, and large-scale installation — experience that now directly benefits every BPS client.
That track record spans continents. Brett has successfully designed and delivered projects across Africa and beyond, including Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Eswatini, Mozambique, the Congo, and as far afield as French Guiana — a breadth of international exposure that brings a practical, problem-solving mindset to even the most complex briefs.
